Overall video games are just beneficial to anyone’s mind no matter what age. They can influence your cognitive thinking, decision making, common sense, reflexes, and even anxiety. Video games are just overall a good hobby, which we believe is better than most hobbies out there. But remember, a hobby is defined as something done in one’s leisure time. So it is not to be overdone, or those benefits will become nulled due to the negative effects of playing too much. So instead of sitting down and watching some t.v. and going brain dead.
